Summary

Karv is my typeface comission debut. The concept was to make alternate capital glyphs that embody the concept of transcendance. It also had to keep in line with the alchemical symbol for air (a triangle with a line).

I first gave an iteration to alter various uppercase characters so that it would align with the overall theme. From there, the fun started to begin. We tinkered around with various double-lines, dots, small circles in circle shapes and triangles for triangular shapes.
